How do I earn miles in a store?+
AladdinMiles offers 3 ways: open the store in the app, choose products and pay; scan the store’s QR code at the cashier to complete your order; or ask the cashier for a bill QR code and scan it to see the bill and total. All 3 finish with payment in the app. Paying on a store terminal does not automatically earn platform miles.
What is the difference between ROYALTY and points programmes?+
ROYALTY is a new category created by AladdinMiles. You earn real airline miles on your everyday purchases through the app, then transfer them to partner airline programmes or use them for hotels and shopping, and they stay valid for 2 years. They are not points locked inside one store, and not a discount you forget, but a trip that gets closer with every riyal.
How long are miles valid?+
AladdinMiles miles are valid for 2 years. The expiry date of each balance is shown in the app. Your miles never sleep: plan to use them within their validity period.

How can I shop from China and earn miles?+
Choose products from the China section in the AladdinMiles app and pay when ordering. Earn 2 miles per SAR on product value only, excluding shipping, with a return of up to 14% per SAR. The minimum order is SAR 199 in products before shipping. Returns and refunds are subject to the seller’s policy.
Can I cancel a China order?+
China orders can be cancelled with one tap within 12 hours after ordering, before shipment.
Do Products and Unboxing prices include tax?+
Prices in the China Products category include tax, and purchases earn 2 miles per SAR on product value only, excluding shipping. Unboxing prices exclude tax, which is added, and purchases earn 1 mile per SAR.
When are rent and tuition services activated?+

Do I need a credit card?+
No. You can earn AladdinMiles miles with a Mada debit card when paying through the app at partner merchants.
Does every store offer 3 miles per SAR?+
Partner restaurants, cafés and bakeries offer 3 miles per SAR, with a return of up to 21% per SAR. Other categories may have different rates, shown in the app before payment. China products earn 2 miles per SAR on product value only, excluding shipping.
Are my miles limited to one store?+
Your AladdinMiles miles collect in one wallet. Review available redemption options, conversion rates and terms before confirming.
Does the calculator guarantee a ticket?+
No. It estimates total miles earned only. Required balances, availability, taxes and fees vary by redemption. Expiry and use also affect your available balance.
Where is the service available?+
Local partner merchants start in Riyadh, with expansion to other cities to come. China products are delivered to all cities in Saudi Arabia.
Are restaurant prices in the app the same as at the restaurant?+
Yes, exactly. You pay the same price as at the restaurant or café. The only difference is that 3 miles per SAR enter your account at that moment.
Do I need a credit card?+
No, Mada is enough. Credit-card holders are welcome too: pay through the app to earn miles from us while keeping card rewards under your bank's terms.
Do I earn miles by paying with Mada on the cashier's terminal?+
No. Miles apply to payment in the app. There are three methods: directly in the app, by scanning the store's QR code at the cashier or by scanning the bill's QR code.
How do I transfer my miles into airline miles?+
In the app's partner-airline section, choose the airline, enter your membership number and request the transfer. The conversion rate appears before confirmation. Miles arrive within 1 to 72 hours according to each airline's rules.
Can I book a ticket in the app itself?+
Yes, with Book Flight: pay with miles, adding the difference in SAR if your balance is insufficient. Taxes or fees may remain depending on the airline.
When do miles enter my account?+
At partner restaurants, cafés, bakeries, Lifestyle services and stores, miles enter your account as soon as you pay in the app. For China products and Unboxing, miles are added after order completion and product receipt.
Do miles expire?+
Your miles are valid for 2 years from earning. The expiry date appears in the app.
Can I pay a restaurant bill with miles?+
Yes, part or all of the bill, in the app.
So is AladdinMiles a wallet, cashback or points?+

Can I shop from China with Mada without a credit card?+
Yes. With AladdinMiles, pay with Mada directly in the app without needing a credit card. The SAR price, including tax, appears before payment.
