My experience importing from China: why did we build the China section this way?

Before building AladdinMiles' China section, we spent years importing from China ourselves: exhibitions, suppliers, delayed shipments, unexpected invoice charges and products that did not match the pictures. Each lesson became a rule in the app you use today.

What did we learn from years working with China?

Three lessons: the first price you see is not the final price, shipping is where profits can disappear, and having someone on your side in China matters more than any website. We built the China section to address all three: a final SAR price before payment, clear shipping based on basket weight and our team there following up on your products.

That is why we say frankly: returns and refunds depend on the seller's policy. Any non-refundable product is shown with a clear warning before purchase. Honesty matters more than a beautiful promise.

Why did we decide to award travel miles on China products?

Because our mission is the same: for everyone living in this blessed land to travel for free, in reality. Buying from China is an everyday activity for many homes and stores. Why should it not bring their next trip closer? Earn 2 miles per SAR on individual items, and miles on the full invoice for store owners.

What do we promise, and what are we still working on?

We have only just begun. What you see today is the beginning: more products, shorter arrival times and improvement in every area, God willing and with His strength. Our ears and eyes are open to you: tell us what you want developed, and we will strive to achieve it.

What about credit-card holders?

They are welcome too, and can earn both sets of rewards: pay with a credit card through the app to earn AladdinMiles miles, while keeping bank card rewards on the same transaction under the bank's terms. We work with Mada, but not exclusively. We do not exclude anyone.

AladdinMiles is Saudi Arabia's first ROYALTY platform and the world's first platform to award airline miles on Mada payments. Earn when paying through the app at partner stores: restaurants, cafés and bakeries award 3 miles per SAR. China purchases in the app earn 2 miles per SAR.
