Why is shopping from China through AladdinMiles different?
Because you buy as though shopping at a Saudi store: the price is in SAR and includes tax, shipping and delivery appear as one clear line before payment, you pay with Mada in the app and receive delivery to your door in any Saudi city. On top of that, you earn airline miles on every riyal of product value. You are not just buying a product; you are bringing your trip closer.
How many miles do I collect when buying from China?
You earn 2 airline miles per SAR of product value with AladdinMiles, with a return of up to 14% per SAR. Miles apply to products only, not shipping. They are added to your app account after the order is complete and you have received the product, and are valid for 2 years. Each balance's expiry date appears in the app.
At partner restaurants, cafés and bakeries, you earn 3 miles per SAR, with a return of up to 21% per SAR. The idea is the same: every riyal you pay through the app, whether for morning coffee or a China order, brings your first free trip closer.
700,000 products and 200 categories, all earning 2 miles per SAR of product value.

How much does shipping from China to Saudi Arabia cost, and how long does it take?
AladdinMiles shipping is calculated from your basket's weight and volume. The full amount appears before payment in one line, “Air shipping + delivery to your door”, without surprises on receipt. Delivery pricing is the same across Saudi cities. Your order reaches your door within 2 weeks, with a maximum of 3 weeks.
How does it work? We combine customers' orders into consolidated shipments, reducing shipping costs for everyone. Payment is made when ordering, not on delivery: confirmed orders let us book shipping at a lower price and add miles on top. You have 12 hours after ordering to change your mind and cancel with one tap.
- Shipping includes delivery to your door in any Saudi city.
- Miles apply to product value, not shipping.
- Track your order step by step in the app.
Can I buy from China without a commercial registration?
Yes. AladdinMiles sells individual items to individuals. You do not need commercial registration, a shipping intermediary or a minimum number of cartons. Anyone in Saudi Arabia with a Mada card can order from more than 700,000 products and receive them at their door.
If you sell from home or run a small store, this is an easier way to try a new product in a small quantity before committing to a large shipment. The miles you collect can be used for travel.
What can I buy from China through the app?
More than 200 categories, including electronics and accessories, home décor, lighting, kitchen supplies, toys and car accessories. The catalogue is continually refreshed, and each product shows its final SAR price before you add it to your basket.
What is the returns and refunds policy for China products?
Returns and refunds are subject to the seller's policy. Any non-refundable product displays a clear notice on its page before purchase, so you can make an informed decision. Before shipment, you can cancel with one tap within 12 hours after ordering.
How do I turn purchase miles into a trip?
In the AladdinMiles app, choose how to use your miles: transfer them to partner airline programmes or book your flight with them. Platform miles do not automatically equal the same number in each airline programme. Conversion rates appear before confirmation. Miles may cover all or part of a flight; taxes or fees may remain, depending on the airline and availability. We have many airline partners and are working on more.

What about credit-card holders?
They are welcome too, and can earn both sets of rewards: pay with a credit card through the app to earn AladdinMiles miles, while keeping bank card rewards on the same transaction under the bank's terms. We work with Mada, but not exclusively. We do not exclude anyone.
Our promise to you
From this blessed land, the Kingdom of goodness and generosity, and our understanding of quality of life, we began with one mission: for everyone living here to travel for free, in reality rather than as a promise in an advertisement. We say confidently that our work is revolutionary and unusual: airline miles with Mada, without a credit card, from morning coffee to a China order. We consider it a revolutionary development in how people earn travel.
We also say frankly: we have only just begun. What you see today is the beginning, not the end. God willing, and with His strength, we promise to develop everything: bring more products, shorten arrival and shipping times, improve every part of the app and, above all, make travelling for free a reality you experience rather than a dream you wish for.
AladdinMiles is from you, for you and with you. Please share your advice: tell us everything you want improved and everything you want us to strive for. You are the reason we began. Our ears and eyes are open to you as we listen, learn and grow with you toward the greater goal: free travel for everyone, without exception.
